Commissioned Portraits and Artwork  Policy All payments can be made through PAYPAL a secure and authorized payment gateway to accept all major credit cards and even eweb checks and transfers. 50% of payment  is  required as a deposit  with signed agreement on artwork commissioned or custom made goods and  receipt of photo image for the artwork/portrait commissioned.  This deposit is non refundable . This is to ensure availability of  materials, size and medium requested.   In ALL cases artwork will be started only when 50% deposit is received and cleared ,and will be delivered only when payment balance (with shipping charges) is received and cleared.  A photo of finished artwork can be emailed before balance payment and shipping.  Once delivered artwork is not returnable or refundable. Rush orders received within less than 14days of due date will be subject to a $60 fee. Prices listed are for portraits of a single individual ,and/or pet and “Bride and Groom” Portraits . Prices for family& group portraits are available on request. Completion time is varied based on the number of individuals. I prefer to receive multiple photos of multiple angles of the same individual for a more accurate portrayal. Other types of artwork can be done on demand. The artist retains all copyrights to ALL artwork. Artwork purchased can only be copied or made exclusive on request and as authorized.

Shipping Policy We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in-stock items.  Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.  We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. The type of shipping/pick up/delivery will be agreed  upon and stated on a signed document for portraits or other major work commissioned. Shipping charges to be covered by the customer and to be added to payment balance. The artist will NOT be responsible  for  late, lost or damaged artwork.  Shipping  Insurance recommended. Art will be packaged in a wrapped cardboard tube as in the case of a portrait done on paper and  bubble wrapped and in  a box for the stretched canvas.  Photo images will be returned on delivery of artwork/portrait after receipt of payment balance.  Date of completion and delivery of artwork/portrait will be as agreed on and stated in the signed agreement. Framing  material and services are not included. We DO  accept orders and we are happy to ship outside of Canada.

Return/Exchange Policy    If you are not fully satisfied with a purchased "in-stock" item once recieved  and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to the instructions on your packing slip or call us for details.   Once delivered, portrait artwork or commissioned or custom-made products are not returnable or refundable.
